TERMS & CONDITIONS
Residential Plumbing & Heating Services
By scheduling service, approving an estimate, or authorizing work, you agree to the following terms.
Residential Services Only
Services are provided for residential properties unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Diagnostic Service Fee
A $195 professional diagnostic service fee applies to residential service calls.
If repair is approved during the same visit, the $195 will be applied toward the repair cost.
Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once service is performed.
Deposits for Installation & Project Work
A 50% deposit is required for installations and larger scheduled projects, including:
Boilers
Water heaters
Tankless water heaters
Tankless combi units
Major plumbing repairs
Deposit Terms:
50% due upon approval
Work will not begin until deposit is received
Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered
Remaining balance due upon completion
Scope of Work
Work is limited to the written estimate or invoice.
Additional work requires approval and may result in additional charges.
Age & Condition of Existing Systems
Duran The Plumber LLC is not responsible for failures, leaks, or damages caused by:
Age
Corrosion
Deterioration
Prior improper installation
Pre-existing system defects
Servicing one component does not guarantee the condition of the entire plumbing or heating system.
Unforeseen Conditions
Hidden defects may exist. If discovered, work will pause until revised pricing is approved.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply.
Labor warranty terms appear on invoice.
Warranty excludes neglect, freezing, lack of maintenance, third-party modifications, or acts of God.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion.
Unpaid balances may be subject to interest, collection costs, and legal fees.
We reserve the right to stop work for non-payment.
Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing Law
Governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Appointments canceled without reasonable notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergency service dispatches may not be refundable once technician is en route.
