Heating Service Call – Customer Explanation
The customer requested a heating service call due to a heating system issue. Upon arrival, we performed a professional diagnostic inspection of the heating system to identify the cause of the problem. This included checking the boiler or heating unit, controls, safety components, electrical connections, and system operation.
The service call covers the technician’s travel, time on site, system evaluation, and diagnostic testing required to accurately determine the issue. Once the problem was identified, findings were explained to the customer along with recommended repairs or corrective actions needed to restore proper heating operation.
Any repairs, parts, or additional labor beyond the initial service call are quoted separately and performed only with customer approval.
